Quotations and validity. Raw metal prices (stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel, brass, copper) move with commodity markets, so written quotations are valid for 7 to 15 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.

Standard Commercial Terms and Conditions of Manufacture
These terms govern all quotations, purchase orders and subcontract manufacturing by XDOAH ENGINEERING INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U28299DL2026PTC470576), unless replaced by a signed Master Supply Agreement (MSA).
Drawing sign-off and tolerances. Production starts only against a formal purchase order (PO) and client-approved CAD drawings or flat patterns. Where the drawing does not call out tolerances, a laser cutting positional tolerance of ±0.03 mm to 0.05 mm and general sheet metal tolerances per ISO 2768-mK apply.
Payment terms. Payment is accepted by cheque, NEFT, RTGS or net banking in the name of XDOAH ENGINEERING INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. The standard dispatch time of 5 to 15 working days counts from receipt of advance payment and drawing approval.
Free-issue and client material. Sheets supplied by the client for job-work laser cutting or bending must be flat, stress-free and free of heavy mill scale or rust. Standard nesting scrap allowances apply.
Jurisdiction. All commercial contracts and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, Delhi, India.
