Information we collect
We collect corporate contact details (name, company name, email address, phone number) and technical project files (.dxf, .dwg, .step, .pdf, bills of materials) that you send voluntarily through the website forms or by email to xdoahengineeringindustries@gmail.com.
Confidentiality of CAD drawings and blueprints
All 2D and 3D CAD files, engineering blueprints, tooling designs and bills of materials shared with us for estimation or production are treated as confidential and remain the intellectual property of the client. We do not share or publish client drawings with any unauthorized third party, and we sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) before processing an RFQ.
How we use data
The information we collect is used only to prepare quotations, process orders, issue quality certification documents, arrange dispatch and raise statutory GST and tax invoices.
