Why should I choose Xdoah Engineering?
Xdoah Engineering is a sheet metal fabrication and CNC machining plant in New Delhi with 6kW Bystronic fiber lasers, 250-ton Delem CNC press brakes, presses up to 1000 tons, 5-axis machining centers and EN 15085 and ISO 3834-2 welding bays. Design, production and dispatch are handled under one roof, with road, rail and dry-port access for domestic and export shipments.
Email requirements to xdoahengineeringindustries@gmail.com or call +91 9311780035. Include material grade, sheet or plate thickness, quantity, surface finish and CAD drawings or dimensioned sketches. The engineering desk reviews the files and sends a formal quotation.
What file formats are best for a quick quotation?
For laser cutting, a 1:1 drawing in millimetres in .dxf, .dwg or .cdr. For bent, welded or machined assemblies, a .step, .stp or .iges 3D model with a .pdf drawing showing tolerances and thread callouts. Hand sketches, PDFs or JPEGs also work if all dimensions are marked.
Can you give a ballpark price over the phone?
Cost depends on cutting length, number of pierces, nesting yield, assist gas, bend complexity and welding time, not just area or weight. Send drawings by email so we can quote accurately.
How long will my order take?
Urgent small-batch laser cutting orders can be dispatched the same day or within 24 hours. Standard production orders with cutting, bending, welding and coating typically take 5 to 15 working days from order confirmation and advance payment.
What if I have an urgent breakdown or emergency order?
A fast-track cutting and bending service delivers parts in 1 to 2 working days by prioritizing the job on the lights-out laser shifts, subject to raw material stock.
What materials and thicknesses can you laser cut?
Also Hardox plate and Corten steel.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No minimum order quantity or minimum spend. Single prototypes and bulk OEM runs are both accepted, and unit price falls with quantity because machine setup cost is spread over more parts.
Can I get a physical sample before a bulk order?
Yes. First-article samples or architectural mockups are made from your CAD files. A nominal setup and programming charge applies, and part of it is credited to the bulk production invoice if you go ahead.
Do you hold raw materials in stock?
Yes, commonly specified gauges and grades of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium are kept in stock. Specialized alloys come from authorized mill stockists with next-day delivery.
I do not have CAD software. Can you prepare the files?
Yes. The in-house CAD team uses SolidWorks and AutoCAD to prepare production-ready 2D and 3D drawings from physical samples, paper sketches or concepts, on request.
What other services do you offer?
Besides fiber laser cutting and CNC bending: 50T to 1000T pressing, CNC turning and 5-axis milling, EN 15085 and ISO 3834-2 TIG and MIG welding, tapping, countersinking, stainless steel polishing, powder coating, liquid painting, zinc plating and hot-dip galvanizing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Corporate payments by net banking, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS and account payee cheques in favor of XDOAH ENGINEERING INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.
How large can my component be?
The laser bed is 2050 mm x 4100 mm and the press brakes bend up to 3000 mm in one length. Parts within these sizes are made in one piece; larger structures are built as welded modular assemblies.
Do you offer laser marking and engraving?
Yes. The fiber lasers mark and etch all metal grades for part numbers, batch traceability codes, logos and bend lines.
Can I supply my own raw material?
Yes. Client-supplied sheet and plate are accepted for job-work cutting, bending, pressing and fabrication if the material is flat and suitable for CNC laser processing.
What surface finish and edge quality can I expect?
Parts are fiber-laser cut with high-pressure assist gases for clean, burr-free edges. Pre-polished stainless sheet can be processed with its protective PVC film on, and finishing includes powder coating, polyurethane painting, zinc plating or hot-dip galvanizing.
