Sheet metal fabrication and CNC machining services
Eight in-house processes, from CAD design to surface treatment.
CAD Designing and Rapid Prototyping
CAD/CAM engineers turn a concept into a manufacturable part. Once a prototype is approved, production scales from one piece to full batches. The design desk also draws vector patterns for laser-cut architectural screens and facades. The design desk:
Reviews drawings, loads and material specifications for manufacturability.
Develops CAD and flat patterns so tooling and bending do not interfere.
Sets prototype and production timelines to match your assembly schedule.
Builds 3D CAD models in SolidWorks and AutoCAD and first-article prototypes for fit checks.
Prepares production drawings, weld maps, bills of materials and routing sheets.
CNC Fiber Laser Cutting
Two Bystronic fiber laser machines of 6000 W run lights-out shifts. They cut mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium alloys, galvanized steel, titanium, brass, copper, Corten steel and Hardox with ±0.03 mm repeatability, on sheets up to 2050 mm x 4100 mm. Edges are clean with a small heat-affected zone, so complex profiles, fine slots, micro-perforations and small holes need no secondary deburring.
| Item | Capacity |
|---|---|
| Maximum bed size | 2050 mm x 4100 mm |
| Positional repeatability | ±0.03 mm to 0.05 mm |
| Stainless steel (SS 304, 316, 316L, 430) | Up to 30 mm |
| Aluminium alloys (5052, 6061, 6082) | Up to 30 mm |
| Mild and carbon steel (CRCA, HR, IS 2062) | Up to 25 mm |
| Brass | Up to 15 mm |
| Copper, galvanized (GI), Zintec and titanium | Up to 12 mm |
CNC Sheet Metal Bending
Two hydraulic CNC press brakes with Delem controllers (Netherlands) do precision folding and multi-bend channel forming. Automated back-gauges and programmable angle compensation keep bend angles consistent across long runs.
| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Maximum bending length | 3000 mm |
| Maximum tonnage | 250 tons |
| Mild steel bending | Up to 10 mm |
| Stainless steel bending | Up to 5 mm |
Heavy Press Shop
Eight hydraulic and mechanical presses from 50 to 1000 tons deep-draw capacity make stamped, blanked, pierced and deep-drawn parts to client drawings, for medium batches and high-volume OEM schedules. Laser cutting and CNC bending sit in the same plant, so formed sub-assemblies are made without outsourcing.
CNC Turning and 5-Axis Machining
High-speed CNC turning
CNC lathes and heavy-duty manual lathes make shafts, threaded bushes, pins, flanges and cylindrical parts up to 200 mm diameter, with control of concentricity and surface finish.
5-axis CNC machining, VMC and HMC milling
5-axis machining centers with vertical and horizontal machining centers mill complex multi-axis parts to blueprint tolerances in carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, brass, copper and aluminium.
Welding
Twenty Migatronic (Sweden) TIG and MIG machines of up to 500 A are run by welders qualified to EN 15085 and ISO 3834-2. The work covers low-distortion welding of thin to medium sheet and deep-penetration welding of structural plate, for assemblies where joint strength, leak-tightness and tolerance control matter.
Turnkey Fabrication, Sub-Assembly and Testing
Using TIG, MIG, spot and arc welding, we deliver finished equipment ready to mount: railway water tanks, bio-toilet tanks, structural inlays, earthmoving parts and brackets, conveyor chain assemblies, electrical control boxes, switchgear panels, vending machines, HVAC units and self-service kiosks.
In-house testing: Hydrostatic and pneumatic leak testing. Radiography inspection. Ultrasonic testing. Dye-penetrant testing (DPT). Optical emission spectrometer analysis. Then export-grade packaging, client branding, barcode labelling and dispatch.
Surface Treatment and Metal Finishing
In-house finishing: stainless steel hairline and mirror polishing, weld blending, deburring, surface grinding and industrial liquid painting.
Coating and plating: 7-tank pre-treated powder coating, polyurethane (PU) and epoxy painting, electro-galvanizing (zinc plating) and hot-dip galvanizing. Every surface-treated batch gets dry film thickness (DFT) and adhesion inspection before assembly or dispatch.
